Welcome to UniFlow AI (“UniFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UniFlow AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

UniFlow AI is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts. You retain full ownership of your accounts and content.

2. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• Post harmful, abusive, misleading, or spam content;
• Attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Third-Party Platforms

The Service allows you to connect third-party social media accounts, including YouTube. When you connect a YouTube channel, you grant UniFlow permission to upload videos to that channel and read basic channel information (channel ID and title) necessary to identify the connected channel. You can revoke this permission at any time by disconnecting the channel in UniFlow settings or through your Google Account permissions page. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or terminations made by third-party platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

UniFlow AI and its branding, code, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UniFlow AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
